Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is looking for a Knowledge Manager to support effective knowledge sharing by enhancing collaboration, improving information flow, and maintaining accessible knowledge assets aligned with mission needs, while ensuring compliance with security and organizational policies.

Duties:  
  • Provides the transfer of knowledge sharing, so that the organization know how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes.
  • Strengthens links between knowledge sharing and the information systems and improves integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
  • Promotes collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
  • Provides support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Shares experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies.
  • Helps to monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities.
  • Maintains communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations.
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the company’s or customers information infrastructure.
  • Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
  • Provide technical assistance for analyzing user needs, translating them into requirements, and developing associated solutions (e.g SharePoint) with minimal guidance based on government policies
  • Develop content (i.e., portals, web pages, dashboards, queries, and reports) to support ad hoc and recurring mission tasking, share operational information and products, as well as facilitate data pulls
  • Participate in technical meetings to gain knowledge management and Information Technology insights for the organization to build and maintain a CIP/COP
  • Identify collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams, units, and stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and address gaps in knowledge-sharing processes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and leadership, to align knowledge management efforts with mission priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications 
Required Education and Experience:
  • Must have minimum of 8 years of Knowledge Management experience.
  • Must have Intelligence Enterprise experience within the last two years, including but not limited to: demonstrated skill in researching and evaluating technical and all-source intelligence; understanding cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures; experience with cyber threat profiling and intelligence data correlation; and an in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration.
Desired:
  • Collection Management experience.
  • Familiarity with other platforms such as JIRA and Confluence is desired but not required.
