Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $125,000.000-$135,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking Mid and Senior Level Software Developers to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Moodle LMS applications and enterprise software solutions supporting U.S. Coast Guard operations.
Duties:
- Develop and customize Moodle LMS applications and plugins
- Support APIs and enterprise system integrations
- Troubleshoot software and platform issues
- Participate in Agile development activities
- Implement secure coding and accessibility standards
- Support DevSecOps and continuous integration activities
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 4–8 years of software development experience
- Experience supporting secure federal or DoD environments
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Python, Java, or related languages
- Moodle LMS experience preferred
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure coding practices
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements
- Security+ certification preferred
