Job Description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an experienced, creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our clients’ brands to life. The ideal candidate will craft visually compelling designs that communicate messages effectively, enhance brand identity, and align with our clients' goals.
 


Duties
 
  • Design Creation: Develop graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into engaging visual content that meets their objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Create and uphold brand guidelines to ensure cohesive design across all projects and platforms.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications
Required education and experience:
  • Relevant work experience or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Must have Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
