Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $120,000.000-$130,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an Senior IT Project Lead to oversee technology modernization initiatives, Moodle LMS support activities, and enterprise IT projects supporting U.S. Coast Guard operations.
Duties:
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
- Facilitate project meetings and status reporting
- Monitor project risks and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract and federal requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of IT project management experience
- Experience supporting federal, DHS, or DoD contracts
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with FAR and federal contract compliance requirements
