Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Tactical Data Analyst to provide operational and maintenance support for all computer information systems, data processing hardware, and software

Duties:  
  • Operate and monitor PNWTTR Tactical Data Links (TDL), including Link-16, LVC equipment, and associated gateways during training and test events.
  • Responsible for system remediation and ensuring compliance with DOD Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) requirements.
  • Analyze and monitor the TDL network for availability, resolving data communication issues.
  • Support configuration, initialization, and real-time monitoring of LVC-integrated TDL networks.
  • Use technical reference manuals to diagnose hardware and software issues.
  • Record system malfunctions and actions taken to resolve failures. Assist engineering and configuration management teams with TDL upgrades, integration, and new system fielding.
  • Coordinate TDL requirements, settings, NTR assignments, OPTASK Link data, crypto loads, and mission configurations with PNWTTR participants.
  • Work with staff and Government to establish and maintain vendor relationships for TDL equipment/software acquisition.
  • Provide technical guidance to lower-level or cross-trained personnel supporting TDL or associated systems.
  • Document maintenance actions in IEMS and RIMS as required.
  • Support PNWTTR mission coordinators and RTO equivalents to meet training and operational requirements.
Qualifications 
Required Education and Experience: 
  • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or 0 years experience with Masters in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
  • Military or Civilian training in tactical data and information links
  • USJFCOM JT-101 Intro to Joint Multi-TDL Network (MTN) Operations Course
  • COMSEC and courier training
  • Simple Key Loader Training (SKL)
  • Complete various DoD and corporate reoccurring training requirements, to include Information Assurance Training
  • credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • CompTIA Security+

Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $124,800.00-$135,200.00 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
